7 months!

FEAR ME!!!
So our little man has turned 7 months!  Like his new face he has created?  Yes it is quite the spectical this little guy.  He likes to scrunch up his nose and make weird faces and noises.  Here he was eating and I guess he was full and was tired of eating.  Hence the ugly face and food all over him.  No matter how fiesty he gets, he is still always a happy baby and mommy and daddy can't help but laugh.

Connor - 7 months, Toni - 9 months
Not too much going on in the land of Kolson.  Chris was here for a bit during his spring break and its always nice to see him.  Connor really likes his Uncle Chris (he wasn't too sure about him the last time he visited) so its great that Connor is starting to know his family.  Connor and Toni are starting to play together.  Here they are at Aunt Colette's house earlier in the week.  Connor is getting so good at sitting up on his own!  He still only has two teeth but with the amount of drooling thats going on, I wouldn't be surprised if another tooth in in route!
Connor also went to his first "Birthday" party this month.  My best friend from high school, Jessica, her son Luke turned 3 in March so we went to visit with them in the park.  Connor was by far the youngest there so he couldn't really do much, but he got to sit in the grass for the first time and he really enjoyed it!  He also had a great time flirting with Jessica and all the other great people at this party.  Lock up your daughters!!

Connor is also start to scoot a bit across the floor, almost like an Army man.  He isn't crawling yet but I have no doubt that before we know it, he's going to be mobile!

As for Jonathan and I, we are doing great. Jobs are both going well and we are preparing for a 2.5 week trip to Poland in May.  We are slowing getting everything together that we need, including Connor's passport (SO CUTE!) its amazing how much STUFF Connor needs for this trip! Thankfully there are so many travel things for babies now that not only will it make it easier to travel, but easier for him to be away from home, but to still have the comforts of home. My Polish, is getting better but I'm still terrible at it. Would probably be alot better at it if I did my lessons everyday but as a working mommy, sometimes its just not possible. My goal is to at least get thru it, I'm half way there!
Below is a picture of him in his travel bed/tent.  It has an air mattress in it and it can zip up so he can't roll anywhere We have been taking naps in it so when we get to Poland it wouldn't be a completely strange place to him. I also had it out in the back yard with me the other day while I was pulling weeds and it was great!!

Night night baby
Well I know there will be more to come soon! Alot of fun things are coming up!  Including Connor's first plane ride and vacation, and my first trip to Germany/Poland!!  Very exciting!!!

My 7 month old "Happy"
Till next blog!!!
