Happy Valentine's Day

   Yikes!! I didn't realize how far behind I was!!  Here we are coming up on St Patrick's Day and I didn't put Valentine's Day up yet!  Being a working mom of 2 little kids is busy! 

   Valentine's Day fell on a Thursday this year, and since Jake was out of town we decided to have Colette and the kids come over and hang out.  Despite dinner being a TOTAL failure, the kids still had a great time.  Everyone was wearing Pink or Red ( as you can see) and we decorated sugar cookies with pink icing and red sprinkles, and head heart shaped Jello!

   Connor as you can tell in this picture, was having a bit of a rough day, I'm sure he filled up on junk at school and was a bit crabby at this point (and probably because dinner was a few hours late) 

Emma's first Valentine's Day

Unlike her brother, Emma was very happy this Valentine's Day. Hope everyone had a great one! I know we did!
