So Connor turned 10 months on the 9th. Hard to believe that in a few short months our little munchkin will be 1 year old! He is growing so fast and is learning so much! Such a little happy guy!
I love bananas!!
Connor is getting so good at feeding himself! His favorite foods are bananas, hot dogs and mac & cheese. I can't get this food down fast enough for him to eat it! He is doing really well at picking up the pieces and putting them in his mouth. He likes to pick up 5 at a time but only 1 or 2 make it into his mouth, the rest end up on the floor. We have bought him some sippy cups for him to try and start learning how to use a cup but right now he wants nothing to do it with. We have tried to get him to drink water but again, doesn't want that. He will take 1/2 apple juice and 1/2 water but again that is struggle. We are still working on it though.
Yikes!! 4 little teeth!
He was a bit cranky last week and here is why! Connor heard that his cousin Toni was busting out a front tooth, so he decided he better get on it! Not with just 1 though, all 4 of his front teeth. He has actually been pretty good but there were a few days there that Connor was very cranky, had a bit of a fever and just wanted to be held. We are slowly getting out of that phase though for the teeth have now at least all broken thru the skin. Poor little happy :)

We had a play date last weekend with Colette and our friend Jody, Jody's son Liam, Toni and Connor are all the same age. I just love watching Connor and Toni play together, I am so happy that not only do these little munchkins get to grow up together, but my sister and I get to raise our kids together. I was raised with my cousins (Eric and I are 6 months apart) and I had a great time with them, I know Connor and Toni (and Waylon) are going to love growing up in the Pickard/Kolson household just as we loved growing up in the Van Horn/Smith household.

My cousin Eric came down from MN this week with his kids and it was so nice to seem them. I wish they lived here so not only would we have Eric here, but we would have Sawyer & Ethan here too so they could play and grow up with all their cousins here in AZ but its ok, when they come to visit we all have a great time! Ethan is now 5 and Sawyer is 2. Here are some pictures of all us playing around in the pool!

As always, our visit with Eric and family is always too short when they come to visit. They have been up in Payson with family and will be heading back to MN this weekend. I know they will be back around the holiday time :)
Babcia & Connor
We had a nice little visit with Babcia this weekend before she left for Poland. Connor loves to visit with his family and has nothing but smiles for his Babcia. He is getting to the point where he is just all over the place so its hard to keep him still and to get a good picture of him. This was the best one we got :)
Well we had alot go on the past few weeks, tree's blowin down, huge walls of dust, families coming and going, Connor also celebrated his last "1st" holiday which was the 4th of July. Before we know it our little guy will be 1 year old! Here is a little video below of Connor swimming. Enjoy!
