Oh San Diego. The city that I have spent so much time in. San Diego is probably the 2nd city I have spent more time in, the first being Phoenix of course since I live here. Jon and I headed to San Diego as part of our summer vacation. We drove over there on Thursday and really just hung out there. We visited so many places that I had been on vacation and on tour, that memories were popping up all over the place while I was there. I couldn't believe how much I forgot and how many places I performed with with TAAS! 
We visited Sea Port Village. The day was perfect while we were there. Took some great pictures of Coronado Bridge and the boats. Of course I got my Christmas Ordiment for the year. 
And of course we had to stop by Anthony's to get our seafood fix. This was the first time I got something other than shrimp. What I had was great! But I missed the shrimp. Jon got it and it was still as great as I remember!
We also saw some seals on the beach in La Jolla and went to Balboa Park which was so pretty! It had so many flowers and garden's there that it was too bad we only an hour or so to spend there before we went home. We also had a great Italian dinner at this little place in Hillcrest, the area was a bit shady, but the food was perfect!!! I love little Italian places.
We also got to see my friend Andy. Andy is a long time friend from my TAAS 2 days, and I hadn't seen him since in wedding in 2000. He's still living in Cali and has two cute children named Jared (6) and Ceclia (5) It was great to see him, for I think he is the first tour pal I have seen in over 5 years. We had a nice lunch with him and hopefully we'll be able to go back to Cali soon and watch him kareoke, its his favorite I guess :) Jon and I had a great time, didn't spend alot of money (which I was surprised!) and I can't wait to go back to the land of my childhood vacations :)
