Happy 4th of July!

   It was that time of year again, to celebrate our Nation's birthday.  Thankfully, Mother Nature decided to be kind and we had nice weather for the 4th.  Since we are so close to Anthem now, it was just a quick ride down the road to see some great fireworks!

  We went and had a BBQ at the Marvin's house (which was great!) and then took a quick drive to the Anthem Park.  We brought our red wagon and wheeled the boys (Connor and Ashton) over to the park. Connor loves his wagon.  Once the sun went down it was so nice out! There was a nice breeze which is great for a pregnant mommy.

   Anyone who knows the 4th, is all about fireworks and glow sticks.  Connor and Ashton had a great time waving these around.  They looked like little Light Sabers when they were running around the park with them, but at least it was easy to see them!

I'll admit I was a bit nervous on how he would act with the loud boom of the fireworks (as we were right under them) but Connor did SO GREAT!  He sat on Daddy's lap and was "ooh" and "ahh" and "cool!" the whole time!  Such a little cutie!!!
