Feeding and first Baseball Game!!

Quick hands!
So this has been a busy week for Connor!  Many things have been happening, so we decided to wait till the end of the week, to do it all in one big blog.
First things first.  Connor has his 9 month's check up this week and he did great as usual.  Our big (yet tiny) boy weights in at 17 pounds so he is a light weight but the doctor is not concerned at all.  She was very happy to see how Connor had been growing since the last time she saw him (we see many doctors at this practice, so the last time she saw him he was only a few days old).  She said he is right on target for growth, is happy that he is crawling, standing and learning to feed himself, as well as starting to form sounds.  He mostly will say "lalalala" or "dadadadada" or "mamamamam" but they are never really short enough to mean one thing.  I could have sworn the other day he said "Hi Daddy" but I'm sure it was just a fluke.  He did his vision test and passed with flying colors, it was so funny to see him with his little eye patches on (so they could test one eye at a time) that mommy cried with laughter. He also finally passed his hearing test!  He would never stay still long enough to get it done, but he managed to this time.  He also got one shot, he cried for a bit but was pretty good after that.
Im eatin!
So this week I decided to let Happy try and feed himself and this is what happened. Pure messiness.  He is able to pick up his Puffs carrots and sweat peas, but he has trouble still with the slippery fruits but he loves to eat bananas.  He is still on his baby food, but we are trying to do half and half.  He started on some pasta and meat today (which he actually started in Poland) and he loves it.  I think it smells terrible be he eats it right up!

Go Dbacks!!

On Friday, Connor go to go to his very FIRST official Dbacks game at Chase Field. We got some tickets from work (then lost them so we had to buy a set, ugh) So we loaded him up into the car with all his Dbacks gear on and headed down to the park.  The roof was open, which I thought was funny because it was like 100* out.  He made it till about the 4th inning and thats where he started to get crazy.  We had to leave in the middle of the 7th and miss the firework show, but he still did great!

A "True" fan begins in diapers.

Field, Crowd, AllStar Sign, Connor :)
These were probably about the only good pictures we got, he was pretty cranky at this point.  Alot more to come soon!  Connor will be celebrating his first 4th of July and Toni turns 1!!  Can't believe it! Where does the time go!!

Till next time, enjoy Connor attempting to feed himself ha ha!
