Oh the prom.

Remember those carefree days of old? Dressing up nice for a dance, feeling uneasy and unsure about yourself and your date? Thank GOODNESS we are all over that right? Ha! Well, our young future air force pilot Chris came back to AZ this weekend to take his friend Anna to her senior prom. The two of them shall be the talk of the town. Chris came all dressed up in his color guard uniform to make not only all the girls, but all his former teachers at NCHS very jealous of how our younger brother has turned out! This is Chris and Anna in front of our house, of course posing for pictures. The main reason why I chose this picture is because it was cute. But also Anna's friend bailed out at the last minute on doing her hair. And what I mean by last minute is when I came home from shopping at 3pm, here is poor Anna sitting on my couch crying because she had no idea what to do with her hair. So, I took Anna into my room, locked the door and 90 minutes later, alot of bobby pins, a gallon of hairspray, my clips that I wore for my wedding and some random stud earings I found in a jewlery box, you get the young couple (who are strickly friends by the way, just so we get this straight, ha ha). Not too bad huh. Happy prom you guys!!!
